Invite a Friend
Invite someone to CalendarPipe and get a free month of Pro when they sign up. They receive a short branded email with a link to create an account.
This page is about inviting people to try CalendarPipe. For sending calendar invitations to event attendees, see Invitations.
Sending an Invitation
Go to Settings → Invitations, enter your friend's email address, and click Send Invitation. You can add an optional personal message (up to 500 characters) that appears in the email above the sign-up link.
When you finish setting up, CalendarPipe offers the invitation once more alongside the completion message, so you can send one without leaving the page. Inviting is optional and never blocks finishing setup.
Tracking Who Joined
The Sent Invitations list shows every invitation you have sent, with its status:
- Invited — the email has been sent, and they have not signed up yet.
- Joined — they created a CalendarPipe account.
Once an invitation shows as Joined, a free month of Pro is added to your account.
An invitation is matched to a sign-up by email address. If your friend creates their account with a different address than the one you invited — a work address instead of a personal one, or a different Google account — the invitation stays at Invited and no Pro month is credited.
Limits
To keep CalendarPipe's email reputation healthy, invitations are rate limited:
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Invitations per day | 20 per rolling 24 hours |
| Same recipient | Once per 24 hours |
| Personal message | 500 characters |
| Your own address | Not allowed |
If you hit a limit, the form tells you which one and when you can try again.
